Lift for Life Recap — March 29, 2025

On Saturday, March 29th, American Air Heating & Air Conditioning teamed up with Pursuit Training & Performance in Windsor, Colorado for the first annual “Lift for Life” event — a morning packed with energy, purpose, and some serious deadlifts.

From 9 AM to 12 PM, local athletes, friends, and American Air team members showed up to take on a trap bar deadlift challenge. With a $25 entry fee, 100% of the proceeds went toward supporting a local family affected by colon cancer, helping bring awareness and real support to a cause that’s close to many of us.

By the end of the morning, over $1,000 was raised. We watched people lift for something greater than a personal best, they lifted in solidarity, strength, and support.

We’re incredibly proud to stand beside partners like Pursuit, who believe in giving back through community-driven action. It’s not just about fitness, it’s about showing up for people when it matters most.

Thank you to everyone who lifted, donated, or simply showed up with energy and encouragement. This was just the beginning.
