- Inspect flue pipe and draft diverter
- Check operation of safety controls
- Clean and adjust burners
- Clean interior of manifold compartment
- Check and adjust belt tension
- Lubricate all necessary parts
- Check Baffles and inspect heat exchanger
- Clean and Adjust thermostat
- Test for gas leaks in furnace
- Check for combustible material near furnace
- Lubricate Blower motor
- Check furnace operation
- Make recommendations of any needed repairs
